Design the flow, not the screen. Map what people know, feel, and need to decide before touching components.

Does it hold up in real hands?
Make it tangible early and put it in front of real people, to find where it breaks, not to validate.

Did it actually work?
Ship the smallest version that proves the idea, measure what changed, and go around again.
